This solution is for Nokia Asha 302 Keypad Not Working problem. If one or more buttons on your phone's keypad stop working use the solution in the diagram below this article to solve your problem.
This is a very simple solution but if you don't have any experience in changing IC I advice you to contact a technician. I have marked both Nokia Asha 302 Keypad ICs in this picture rehot or better yet replace both of these ICs in case of Keypad failure.
