problems don't usually occur in Nokia Asha 303 because it is soldered
on the motherboard.
If your phone is suffering from this problem then first of all you
should replace the Microphone with a new one. If the prints under
microphone are broken I have Marked the Nokia Asha 303 Mic Ways in the
following diagram. Make the jumper for which ever print is causing
trouble from under the microphone itself.
